みなさん、こんにちは！
私の名前はレイナ・ヤップです。フィリピンの砂糖の首都、ネグロス島の出身です。はい、フィリピンはバナナの国だけではありませんよ！マンゴー、パイナップル、パパイヤもあり、美味しいトロピカルフルーツがいくつかあります。
2006年8月、私は日本に来て鹿児島に住んでいました。 5年間、市内のさまざまな学校でALTとして英語を教えることを楽しみました。もちろん、九州を一周するという体験も忘れられない思い出です。鹿児島も素晴らしい人が多くて最高の時間を過ごしました。
2011年6月、長野県での生活を始め、今でも楽しんでいます。春のガーデニング、山登り（少しだけ）、夏の花火大会、秋の紅葉、冬のスノーボード（もっと練習しないといけませんが）が大好きです。ここ長野にいると、日本中どこへでも簡単に行くことができます。私は休暇を使っていつも新しい場所に行きます。日本の47都道府県で、すでに30都道府県を訪問しました。あと17都道府県、そろそろ「日本を旅したぞ！」と言えそうです。
2012年に、International Dayやハロウィーンイベントなど、AtoZが主催する学校のイベントに参加し始めました。その後、2015年からALTになりました。意欲的に言語や他の文化を学ぼうとする生徒の姿勢に刺激をもらい、彼らをサポートできることにやりがいを感じます。一緒に学び続け、成長を続けましょう！
Hello, everyone!
My name is Reyna Yap and I'm from the sugar capital of the Philippines, the Negros Island. Yes, Philippines is not just a banana-country. We also have mangoes, pineapples and papayas to name a few of delicious tropical fruits that we have.
In August of 2006, I came to Japan and lived in Kagoshima. For 5 years, I enjoyed teaching English as an ALT in different schools in the city. Of course, the experience of going around the Kyushu area added highlights to it. Kagoshima is a great place with great people, too.
In June of 2011, I started my Nagano-life and still enjoying it now. I love gardening in spring, mountain climbing (a little bit) and watching fireworks display in summer, chasing red-leaves in fall and snowboarding (but needs more practice, though) in winter. Being here in Nagano gives easy access going around Japan. My holidays are always spent in going to new places. In 47 prefectures of Japan, I have already visited 30 of it. Only 17 prefectures more to go, to finally say that I have traveled around Japan!
In 2012, I started joining school events sponsored by AtoZ like International Days, Halloween events, etc. Then, I became an ALT since 2015. Seeing how students show their enthusiasm in learning the language and interest in learning other culture is rewarding. Let's keep learning and keep growing!
